Pets Alive: Follow Up

On Sunday, February 3rd the Center took a trip to Pets Alive Westchester, a no-kill animal shelter in Elmsford.  The students who volunteered had a great time! The day started with an orientation for students who had never been to Pets Alive before. After the orientation students were able to play with the cats in the shelter and also had the opportunity to walk dogs! Some of the animals that the students were spending time with have actually been adopted since the trip. For more information on Pets Alive, check out PETSALIVEWEST.ORG.
